First off, The Iron Lung Mixtape II is out now. Our track on it is from our 2011 demo session and hasn't been released prior. This tape is good. Really fucking good.

Next we've just finished mixing and sequencing two new records. One is our long overdue 7" for Iron Lung Records and the other is a 12" that hasn't necessarily been picked up yet. I've been talking to someone but nothing is confirmed yet. Jensen and Jon are on a wicked long tour right now so I don't know when the IL record will be out. Art and details to follow.
Finally we have a few shows coming up over the next few months:
Boston boys The Rival Mob are coming out to the Bay and playing 2 shows on March 8th. We'll be joining them for the second show that night at the legendary "Mab" in San Francisco. This will be a pretty mixed bill and a killer show.
Flesh World is a new SF band comprised of members of Limp Wrist and OPT//OUT. Get into it.
The last weekend of June a three-day celebration of More Than Music and Sarah Kirsch is taking place in the Bay. I have a lot of personal feelings on this but since they are personal they don't belong here. I will say that an unreal collection of people and bands are getting together to participate and the fact that we were invited to join means an incredible amount to me. This Is Not A Step is going to be a hell of a weekend.
